We're excited to get this season under way! We've got a new race information page that holds all the pertinent info throughout the weekend including the Event Schedule. See below for the link and bookmark it.

A couple hot items to mention:  

  • This event is held on WA Dept. of Natural Resources land and so you will need a Discover Pass to park here. They're available in Port Angeles at Swains General Store and Mt Pleasant IGS.  

  • PLEASE. NO SHUTTLING THE LOWER TRAILS DURING THE EVENT. THIS INCLUDES: BRAPPY ENDING, WORMHOLE, GATOR AND BOOTLEGGER. If you really want to ride them, you must use the climbing trail to return to the parking area, NOT THE ROAD. This is a safety hazard and there's already a significant amount of traffic on that road. If it gets out of hand we will be forced to close the trails. If you want to ride it at the end of the day and get picked up at the bottom, no problem.  

  • No walking or riding on the main shuttle road. If you would like to ride/walk to the start area, use the climbing trail (Uproot) that starts near the finish berm.  

  • The Season Kick-off Party will be at the Red Lion in downtown PA on Friday at 7pm. This is where the raffle will take place.

  • If you would like to set up a Team Pit Area, please check-in at the registration hut prior to setting up.

  • PARKING PROTOCAL - As you may or may not know, parking is extremely tight at Dry Hill. Please take up as little space as possible. Tents go in front or back of cars not alongside. Limit reserving space especially down low at the entrance. Be cool.

  • There are quite a few camping options in the area which. We have a couple favorites that are very convenient and close to Dry Hill.

    Salish Trails Campground - Full hook-up RV sites, tent camping areas, and rustic cabins available.

    -Elwha Dam RV Park-RV’s and tent sites available.

    -Extreme Sports Park- This is a wide open space that can accommodate RV’s and tents. The ESP is also the site for the Foot Down on Saturday night. To stay here, email keliemorrison@gmail.com.
